What is Clamshell packaging?

Clamshell packages derive their name from the shell of bivalve mollusks because these are joined at one end. Rhysley manufactures clamshell packages on the basis of OEM, private label or contract manufacturing service, just as our clients would like to have. These are thermo-formed by use of hot air suction technique on the plastic sheet which gets the desired shape due to the dye which moulds it in desired shape.
